Kronotrop
Istanbul’s third-wave pioneer
About Kronotrop
Kronotrop, on a corner in Cihangir, was one of the first specialty coffee roasters in Istanbul and still roasts its own beans. Come for a filter or flat white before exploring the antiques lanes of Çukurcuma; there is also a branch in Kadıköy.
