About Cağaloğlu Hamamı
Cağaloğlu Hamamı was built in 1741 under Sultan Mahmud I, a few minutes from Hagia Sophia, and is one of the last great hammams of the Ottoman era, with separate domed baths for men and women. It has been restored and offers traditional treatments; Lokanta 1741 is part of the complex.
