Emirgan Park climbs the hill above the Bosphorus north of the second bridge, with lawns, ponds and three 19th-century pavilions, the Yellow, Pink and White Kiosks, now cafés and restaurants. In April it is the star of the Istanbul Tulip Festival, with millions of tulips in bloom.
