About Neolokal
Neolokal, on the top floor of the SALT Galata building on Bankalar Caddesi, holds one MICHELIN Star and a Green Star in the 2026 guide. The kitchen reworks dishes from across Anatolia with seasonal produce from small producers, and the wine list is a showcase for Turkish vineyards: its sommelier, Ersin Topkara, received the MICHELIN Sommelier Award 2026. Ask for a table by the window for the view across the Golden Horn to the old city.
