About Taxis & BiTaksi
Istanbul’s taxis are yellow (standard), turquoise and black (larger and more comfortable vehicles, at higher fares). Make sure the meter is running, have small notes, and expect traffic at rush hour and on the bridges. The BiTaksi app is widely used to call licensed taxis, with an estimated fare and card payment.
